UBC Nursing - September 2013

Hey Everyone!

I'm hoping to apply for UBC nursing 2013, but I am a little worried as I haven't volunteered for 2 years. My question is, if I get back into volunteering this summer will my chances of being accepted be higher?

I didn't see any specific spot where we are to include a description of our work experience... so i wouldn't think so. Unless i am missing it completely haha. in that case, could someone tell me where that is? i really would not want to miss it! Thank you!

and by work, i mean in the employment section.

Hey jacsmack,

What I am referring to is the employment and activities record and it just says type of employment and it gives us 1000 characters max so I am wondering if we are supposed to expand upon our job duties etc versus just saying our job title? Anyone else have input?

Hey amarika,

I am just putting the title of the job or activity, and not referring to any duties, etc.

It seems like because of the format you do not need to include duties.

I hope i am right :)

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know if the interview dates can be rescheduled? Interview is going to be on the week of April 15, which is the same week as my final exam. I am just worried that my exam date will crashes with the interview date.
