  1. The forum on mybcit.com says we get them the week before classes start
  2. Also, past threads on this site from previous BCIT intakes go over all you need to know about that and more. It took me a while to read it all but it was very helpful learning about others' application process.
  3. Thanks for all that info smiley65! I have been following this site to get advice for so long and I remember reading about when you were waiting to get accepted yourself! You have always been so helpful to everyone's questions... and mine too! You seem like you would be a wonderful and helpful nurse. I can't wait to get started but I am excited to make the most of the rest of the summer too! :)
  4. Awesome thanks. I actually just checked my mail and I recieved the crim. record package too.
  5. Code for what?? I havent gotten anything in the mail yet. I'm still working on getting all my records... it's been a task and a half so far for me.
  6. @ ilovesushi, congrats! I don't know about the microbiology but I was wondering where you saw the course schedule? I'm also starting in August but I don't see anything in mybcit. I was thinking we would find schedules there after immunizations/criminal checks are completed?
  7. Yes, it's the 27th.
  8. Last intake they sent out acceptance emails the first day then waitlisted emails the second day. However, getting top-waitlisted means you have a very high chance of getting in this intake so don't lose hope - to those still waiting!
  9. First my status changed to 'acceptance has been offered', then I got an email around 1pm. This is my second time applying. Goodluck to everyone still waiting!!
  10. Acceptance offered!! My heart is racing like crazy!
  11. @ Emenvd: I highly doubt my references were contacted 'cause they would have told me. What did you apply with?
  12. Ya, me too. I thought we would have known by now just because it seems past intakes knew by this date BUT then I remind myself that it is probably because the questionnaire is more time consuming to mark than the old reference forms. Who knows. I'm just trying to think about other things until next week! (when I think we might find out)
  13. I went to Select First Aid in Surrey a few times over the years. I recommend them!
  14. I know. My family and friends have been asking me since the end of last year if I am accepted yet. They ask me all the time! I've been telling them over and over, "I won't find out until May"... but they keep on foretting and asking again! It hasn't made the waiting easier I tell ya...
  15. AHHH I know. It's so hard not to check my email every 10 minutes now. I'm thinking it might be tomorrow.....
