TWU Spring 2018

Hi!

I haven't seen a thread made for the TWU Spring 2018 application process, so decided to start one! I'm the type to worry, and I know I'm not alone, so what better place to vent than here? For anyone wondering, the application date for Spring 2018 is August 15th, 2017!

My GPA comes out to a 3.720 with TWU preference. I haven't taken my TEAs yet, but plan to soon.

How about y'all?

Ok, I think I made a group on Facebook: TWU Houston Nursing Class of December 2019. Will totally delete if I didn't do it right :D Facebook really isn't my thing

Congrats new incoming TWU Students!!! I'll request to join your FB Group and forward to SGA and TNSA upperclassmen!

You will not actually register for classes until your Orientation, don't worry it's locked so only your class will be able to register for those classes and there will be spots for all of you!

Congratulations to all of us, those who got in and those who did not. It is hard work, scholastically, mentally, emotionally. The entire process, the build up is probably an appropriate precursor to these same stresses we will soon face. I'm ready.

Okay, question, in order to apply, we needed all our nursing prereqs completely done, right? Because UTH wouldn't take my biostats course, and I am currently enrolled in elementary stats. That being said... Can I FINALLY drop this class?

Did TWU give you confirmation about your biostats stats course?

I was concerned about my stats course (psych stats) so I sent them a course description and syllabus and they told me they would accept it.

I never had to. I got the confirmation that I was eligible to apply. And I got accepted into Dallas. So? I'm thinking I'm good? And I think the website says something about having all nursing prereqs completed? I just want to be 100% sure before I drop this course.
