TWU Spring 2018

Hi!

I haven't seen a thread made for the TWU Spring 2018 application process, so decided to start one! I'm the type to worry, and I know I'm not alone, so what better place to vent than here? For anyone wondering, the application date for Spring 2018 is August 15th, 2017!

My GPA comes out to a 3.720 with TWU preference. I haven't taken my TEAs yet, but plan to soon.

How about y'all?

I am so glad I chose to apply to TWU Nursing. Everyone here is so nice and eager to help each other out. I already get such a great sense of family and comradery among all of us here. It is especially heartwarming to see the TWU admissions team checking in on their potential future students to provide useful information and consolation for us impatient folks. I hope we all get the privilege of admissions and finally put a face to all the wonderful people we've been quoting back and forth. Best of luck to us all!!!

I sure hope if we do not hear anything tomorrow we find out Monday. I will be at the hospital with my dad, who is having surgery and it would be awesome to receive good news while I am with him. *Fingers Crossed*

I don't know if any of you have had the opportunity or pleasure to check out any of Professor Fink's Anatomy or Physiology YouTube videos but this guy is insane! He is kind of dry, I guess, depends on your outlook I suppose. But every now and then when there is an important chemical reaction, he'll slap the desk out of nowhere. Seemed real kooky and I was immediately hooked. But then, as a refresher, I started reviewing body systems, and man this guy knows what hes talking about. Really helped me prepare for the TEAS too. I'm a big fan. #13 Fink it up!

P.S. That Bachelor bump is also insane. It's amazing how many extra points people end up getting from it.

I really hope it's today! TWU is my first choice but I got accepted to another program and the deadline to let them know if I want my spot is today! í ½í¸…í ½í¸­
