TWU Spring 2018

Published

Hi!

I haven't seen a thread made for the TWU Spring 2018 application process, so decided to start one! I'm the type to worry, and I know I'm not alone, so what better place to vent than here? For anyone wondering, the application date for Spring 2018 is August 15th, 2017!

My GPA comes out to a 3.720 with TWU preference. I haven't taken my TEAs yet, but plan to soon.

How about y'all?

Awesome!! Thank you so much!! What specifically did they say about TEAS/GPA? Like average scores and stuff?

You're welcome! Yea, she mentioned the average scores 3.50-3.8 gpa, TEAS 85 average. She stated once again, that they take the most recent TEAS score not necessarily the highest. Same with grades, if you retake a class, they'll take the most recent grade so be mindful of that

This wait is killing me guys!!! Hopefully we know at the end of this week. (Since my email did say at the end of September) *staying hopeful*

I did that, too. I entered the grades and semester hours (all with numbers) and all the TEAS scores (with % values). I noticed that the TEAS scores appeared in red color instead of black though.

Don't include the % symbol. Other than that I would need to see a screenshot to know exactly what is wrong.

Mine said October :( So we may have to wait a bit longer

This is amazing news, thanks again!! :) Good luck to everybody who applied for the spring!! I'll be thinking of you guys!

Any more news of people getting their apps processed? Last I heard they left off on 'S'

For anyone taking online patho section 51, do y'all know how the exams are going to work? Like for tomorrow, if we start exactly at 3p, do we have the full two hours to take it? I'm slightly concerned about taking it because I'm going to be alone with my 3-year-old and 5-month-old both exam days/times lol

Also @spring18RN-App, my last name starts with W and mine hasn't been processed yet

It sounds like the time allotted depends on the number of questions on the exam (which will not exceed 100 questions). I'd imagine it will be the whole two hours, but I honestly don't know. I e-mailed her once before and she was pretty quick responding if you want to send her an email. We've only had the one discussion post so far, right? I feel like I am missing something, like there should be more things to do in the class :/ Good luck with your kiddos and the exam!!

Thank you!! I'm gonna need all the luck I can get lol. And yes, only thing so far has been that discussion. From what I understand, the only grades in that class will be the exams and a couple more discussions later on!
