  1. Is this for the NP program?
  2. I just got accepted for the TWU NP program for Spring 2018. Has anyone taken just one class at a time? Is this allowed? I have a small daughter and work full-time. Don't want to miss out on too much on her day to day stuff and am in no real rush to graduate...Thanks!
  3. I did last night! YAY!!!
  4. Hello all! Happy to say that I am IN!!! El Centro campus! So unbelievably excited! See you all on the 20th!
  5. Thank you all for your responses. Classicdame - Do you know how long the student must be in the program before they can apply through the Dept of Health? I am debating on going ahead and enrolling in a CNA course (4 weeks of night classes - $500), but if I don't have to wait too long before I can just request the cert. then I'll do that instead. I just want to be able get my foot in the door, which most places now require a CNA cert., and I don't want to have to wait until I'm two or three semesters in before I can start. Any suggestions?
  6. Morgan, Did she respond to you by phone or email?
  7. Anything about lowest points accepted?
  8. CONGRATS Trang5891!!! Did they mention lowest points accepted? How many did you have?
  9. CONGRATS tkb89! That is AMAZING news! Hopefully you will set the trend for good luck and good news for us all today! So you are accepting Tarrant County and not El Centro then?
  10. KelliKelli, I bet they would! I would DEFINITELY be over there asking if I were you! I work in Arlington, otherwise I would be there at this very moment!!!
  11. Glad I'm not the only one!
  12. UGH! I just called. I am SO impatient! Letters have been sent and apparently they will be telling us how many points you had total and the lowest point total that was accepted. However, she wouldn't tell me that info over the phone! UGH!!!
  13. Tkb89 - UGH! That makes me feel so much better! Good luck to all of us! Especially those of us in the low 20's! You high 20's are shoo-ins! :)
  14. Nyknick - I'm in the Dallas area. Where are you applying?
  15. Anyone applying have closer to 20 points? Seems like everyone on here has closer to 30! You geniuses!!! :) I have somewhere around 21/22, so I'm trying to be hopeful, yet still realistic.
