TWU Spring 2018

Hi!

I haven't seen a thread made for the TWU Spring 2018 application process, so decided to start one! I'm the type to worry, and I know I'm not alone, so what better place to vent than here? For anyone wondering, the application date for Spring 2018 is August 15th, 2017!

My GPA comes out to a 3.720 with TWU preference. I haven't taken my TEAs yet, but plan to soon.

How about y'all?

Is the grey number beneath notes your point total? If so, it says 49.79 and I just want to know if that is competitive for the Houston campus.Took all my prereqs courses at community college/during highschool and no prior bachelor degree.

omg yes you got it!! and nice points!!! rumor is you need at least 38 to be considered so crossing fingers. but most importantly. Did you apply for general admission at TWU? you have to before you apply for nursing school

Yup, I got accepted as a TWU freshman before I applied to TWU's nursing program.

Emailed the advisor and somehow there was complications and I didn't recieve a email but my application was processed. Thanks viviAkuc44 for the help! :)

Hey everybody!

I have been emailing with the Coordinator of Undergraduate Nursing Admissions becasue I had a little misunderstanding with my application (which is now all settled) and at the end of her email she put "I'm hoping to wrap up application processing in the next two weeks, after which we will be able to rank the students and send out offers." Ahhhh so soon but so far. Good luck to everybody on here!!! Keep in touch. Im guessing within the first week or two of October aceptances will begin to be sent out.

By the way, my counselor was able to confirm the amount of points I calculated for myself (now that my application is processed), just in case any of y'all wanna double check and ask!

I email admission advisor about processed emails. I didn't get one and my last name begins with an O. My application was indeed processed. She actually had no idea about people receiving processed emails, so if you dont get one, stay calm.
