I know it's pretty early to be starting this forum, but I just wanted to put my voice out there and see if there is anyone else out there hoping to join TWU's nursing program in the spring of 2013? What are you taking this semester (spring 2012), and when are you taking the TEAS-V entrance exam?
After this spring semester of taking microbiology, chemistry, developmental psychology, and statistics, I'll be ready to apply before the September 1st deadline! I'm hoping to take the entrance exam in the summer - probably June or July.
So yeah, I just wanted to see who else was out there!
I took it back in January and plan to retake it in August and I am freaking out AGAIN like last time I have horrible test anxiety =/ and the fact that this is the last piece to the puzzle is making it worst.
That is EXACTLY how I feel too. This is the last piece of the puzzle and I just want to make a good score!
Spoke with my advisor today. She said we can not talke patho prior to spring. And it will not transfer in from another school bc it has to be taken at TWU. You can take it during the summer prior to starting in the fall but that's about it!
Kinda sucks you can't get it out of the way beforehand.
I got a 64 back in January, so am hoping I do WAY better this time around specially since am more familiar with the exam. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and 1st attempt A's. @ambrekai we got this best of luck.

At rosa,I read somewhere that you could only take the teas test once per each application period. So check into that. Does anyone know?
She can take it again, because she took the first one in January, which IS a different application period than this one...because the fall 2012 deadline would've been Feb 1st. After Feb 1st, a new application period starts. :)

Don't stress just study hard. Its such a pain. I get so anxious right before as well. What are ur stats rosa? How did u do on the teas the first time?
