Hi - I am applying to TWU Houston Campus for Spring 2015 and I wanted to see any other 2015 TWU hopefuls out there!
I will be taking Microbiology this summer so that I can have my core courses completed by Sept. 1st. As of right now I have first-try A's in AP I and II as well as Statistics... Just need to get my Micro completed and out of the way. I am a very nervous because I was not as focused on school as I should have been when I was younger. My cumulative GPA is only 3.4. Ugh! My prereq GPA is 3.8.
Also, I took the dreaded TEAS V test this week and my score was not as high as I would have liked but I passed! 77%. Anyone else take their TEAS yet? How did you do?
@TabithaDeleon . When you paid the fee through ATI to take the exam if you selected you want the scores to be sent to the school and it should be sent to the school after you get your results. If you didnt choose to get a free score report sent to the school then you would have to go in through ATI and pay a 27 dollar fee to get it sent. hope that helps
Thanks for trying to help. I signed up to take the teas and I chose a test that was for twu applicants only. Does that mean that twu gets the score? I later tried to send it to the college (paying the 27) but twu didn't even pop up. Does that mean they already sent it to them? How did you send your score?
okay you guys. I figured the best way to get the info is to call, and the guy at ati i talked with said that twu does get access to the score, only if you took the test under twu. If you guys took the teas under a different school, you have the option of paying 27 dollars and sending it to them. Is anyone hearing anything else? everyone else here has said the same thing. I think the closer it gets to the deadline, the more I worry about everything. Sorry for any inconvenience.
How long did it take for you guys teas scores to show up online that they were received? And also it still says I am missing a transcript for some reason. Anyone have the same situation?
I am almost bursting with anticipation! I know the deadline isn't until Monday, but I turned my application in back in June! I have a friend who started the nursing program on Monday, and she says the facility, professors, and students are amazing! IS IT JANUARY YET?!?!?! Hahaha I cannot wait to take the next step in my nursing journey, and I hope it is at TWU!
I finally got my scores situation cleared up. Turns out ATI sent them to the wrong school! Not even one that I'm applying to which is odd. They apologized and told me they would be electronically sending them to TWU that afternoon (for free), so I'll call today to see if they've gotten them this time. :) Also for anyone wondering, when I talked to TWU admissions again and mentioned that ATI said they could just retrieve them through the online access, they had never heard of that, so I'm not sure they choose to take the scores that way.

I honestly am too, it's all I can think about!! Has anyone noticed how nice and friendly the employees working admissions are? They're always so patient and seemingly in a good mood, which makes me want to go there even more!
