TWU Fall 2010

Published

Is anyone out there applying to TWU for the Fall of 2010? I got this idea from a previous thread and thought I should get one started for this semester, so that we can help each other and communicate with each other?

I have taken the Hesi-A2 and got a 74.8 on it so they didn't even look at my application. I live on campus so any help or information I can give just let me know. I'm excited and feel good about this deadline.

Good luck and I look forward to meeting you!

Ho on earth are we supposed to study for assessment? I've read, but it just seems like all common sense stuff. Am I wrong? I want to quiz myself, but I can't seem to find anything on the modules or in my NCLEX review book/cd...

:hdvwl:

I'm with ya...reading, reading but I did make notecards for Chapter 12.

Oh I found it! You have to login to the Elsevier website, search for assessment, click the Jarvis book, and register for the course (free). Then from there you look under course documents for the multiple choice quizzes. Unfortunately there are only around 10 questions for each section. I wish there were more to really test your knowledge.

GOT IT! THANKS!

Be sure to do "Multiple-Choice Review Questions -- Exclusive to Health Assessment Online " There are between 25-40 questions in the sections. Some questions are just scenarios that make you test your knowledge. Good stuff.

I'll have to search for it...the link keeps telling me "access denied" even though I'm logged in to Elsevier and Blackboard.

I always post too soon. Figured it out 30 seconds later.

Make sure to register for the online course with the access code on the Elsevier site as well...geez, this could be more complicated.

I sure hope Assessment continues to be my favorite class after tomorrow!

Long week, this week. Good luck everyone!

We can survive this week, I know it!!

And after tomorrow's test, there is celebrating to be had *wine

....until we crack open our concepts books lol

I got here at 6:00am. I think I was the first student in the building! That'll never happen again...

Good Luck fellow classmates! I will say a little prayer for all my "All Nurses" friends today.:dncgcpd:
