Hey guys, I know it's a little early, however, I decided to start this thread as the application process will be soon upon us.

How are you studying for the TEAS?

My TEAS score is one percentage point lower than yours, but my nursing GPA is 4.0 and overall GPA is 3.885. I am trying to figure out how my points are so much lower than yours. I have 44.87 points on the worksheet. Do you have any boosts?

I applied for the Dallas traditional program.

Nursing GPA: 3.76

Prereq GPA: 3.76

TEAS overall: 90.7

Reading: 89.4

Math: 100

Science: 83

English: 100

TWU and prior bachelor's bump. I hope to see y'all in August!

I have a question about taking PATHO ahead of time. Do you just sign up for it before you know if you've been accepted? Is it available online? I see a lot of people on the TWU boards talking about taking it before starting nursing school but can someone fill me in on the logistics?

Yes, you can sign up for it before you know you've been accepted. It is available online but some people wait and take it over the summer. I think the late registration period has ended, so I don't think you'd be able to sign up for pathophysiology for this spring semester.

Here are my final stats:

Core GPA: 3.76

Pre-req: 3.86

TEAS Composite: 85.3%

TWU bump

This makes my score a 61, hopefully it's high enough to get a seat! *fingers crossed*
