Hey guys, I know it's a little early, however, I decided to start this thread as the application process will be soon upon us.
How are you studying for the TEAS?
Wishing all the best! :)

Did you email them first? I ask because the deadline isn't until Feb 1st so people still have time to submit their applications
Nope I did not email first.

Ok. Thanks for the info!
You got it!
I can't wait to hear good news come March!
Hello! So I applied for the Dallas traditional program, these are my stats:Nursing GPA:3.78Prereq GPA: 3.5TEAS overall:83.3Reading:70.2 Math:96.9Science:83English: 87.5I do have the TWU bump, but no previous degrees. The excel sheet says I got 59.6 pointsHonestly, based on what people have posted on here and on the last two semesters' blog, I am completely mixed. My GPA's and TEAS seem below average from what I've seen on here, but my points on the excel sheet are fairly high, and I have triple checked the excel sheet and the directions. I'm just so nervous.

I had barely 50.4 something points. lol I hope I get in! Your stats look great!
I applied to the evening/weekend program last year and in an email from one of the advisers they told me the average GPA accepted was 3.74 and the average TEAS accepted was 87.9 for that cycle. If you don't have either of the bumps they suggested scoring above average on both GPA and TEAS to really be competitive
Oh ewe, I scored an 82 on the TEAS.
Still hopeful.

I haven't received anything yet from TWU yet. My application shows complete in Nursing CAS, I submitted it back in November. I email the advisor she told me that they got my TEAS scores and she see my application in CAS. I'm so ready to know if I got in LOL.
Lol I got an email today about applying for scholarships but that was it

Hi everyone,
I just pressed the buttom that can change my life lol AKA I just submitted my application to the Dallas campus.
Nursing GPA- 3.6
Prereq GPA- 3.689
TEAS- 85% overall
A total of 56.93 points on the Excel sheet
I'm feeling very nervous because I feel like I'm on the edge here. I do have the TWU bump, so hopefully it helps! But all is done now, I guess the waiting game starts now for me. Good luck to all of you that are applying as well!
Last year the emails didn't go out until late march just after spring break. I'm sad to say we've still got a good long while to sweat it out and wait lol

Well, it has to be after Feb. 1st to see whether you made it or not. They need to see all the applications, even the late ones. (This doesn't help) But I wouldn't start sweating until after the deadline, because I feel like that's when they really start to look at everyone's applications.

My TEAS score is one percentage point lower than yours, but my nursing GPA is 4.0 and overall GPA is 3.885. I am trying to figure out how my points are so much lower than yours. I have 44.87 points on the worksheet. Do you have any boosts?
