Does anyone have any info on TSYSTEM?
Been almost 8 months in ESD and still loving it!!!! Most of the time, :roll
we did the T-sheets the front side in triage & the doc reviewed it & signed off then did the back. saved a lot of paper work. Just annoying to have to do paper work everywhere. It's a good system once ya figure out which sheet the doc wants. I worked with docs that were good enuff to say which one when it was a close call (between lac & fall) or something like that...

I really couldn't tell you much about it, though. Sorry!
I do know that they have really great Christmas parties, and they keep their lounge stocked with food and drinks (my husband is easy to please, lol).....

We use the T-sheets along with the docs. There is an area for subjective assessment, to be completed by an RN or EMT-P, then the physical/objective assessment to be completed by the MD. At first we hated them (oh no , just some more paperwork for US to do) but it has gone pretty well. T-system also has computer documentation, but we didnt like it very much. We are going to be using Medhost computer documentation.
I'm pretty sure there's a T-system for nursing. Our physicians have been using it here for a few years and, after some "growing pains", won't give it up! We've gotten complaints about them being impossible to pull up on a computer (at least so far in our hospital)--such as when the attendings are trying to review labs, dictation, etc. Medical records is probably going to have to start scanning them in, but I'm not sure how well this is going to work. They'll have to have a pretty good scanner to pick up the details. We were looking into going to the T-system for nursing but now they're in hot (or at least lukewarm) pursuit of computer charting, which is a whole 'nother can of worms...
One thing I've noticed is that the T-system company will pretty much do what you want them to in terms of building sheets that suit your department's specific needs--for a price, of course.
Good luck!
