Anyone else having issues with this new site. I just found that they listed my self report for August as non-compliant late when it was turned in on September 1st. That was well within the on time time frame we were given during the transition. It just angers me that this site can't seem to get things right

They have my quarterly listed as wrong date. I have a little over a year to go. Counting down the months!
Yep, my Quarterly is listed wrong as well. Just did mine in August. They show me due in September. Casework told me everyone is to go on same quarterly date pattern. Everyone is due by September, then December. But she waived my September and said do it December but I fear affinity won't keep up with that. And what is this Advocate report they show as being do. The only Advocate report I know about is the one that goes on your quarterly employee report?

Mine says I am not employed on my self check in lol. Such a mess. I have not been selected to test yet, wondering how the self test button works. I am sure I will find out soon. My reports are correct on there, state they are due 10/10. I did email my CM once and she responded fairly quickly, so that is good. My biggest fear is being tested on Sundays when I am working because no labs are open past 5..
First test yesterday. Here's how it goes, activate test, write that number they give you on COC where social security used to go. Then, don't know if I'm right here because I didn't know about this until this morning when I checked in and wanted me to enter a coc number, you enter the number on the printed coc from the test site. No instructions anywhere on that step. The only number it would take was one with numbers and letters off the printed quest form.
Ugh, thanks for the info. Have I said I hated change?? I am really hoping my first test will be tomorrow since I am off, was hoping today. It is silly to be so stressed about it all but I am and would rather have the first one on a day I don't have to work a 12.
How did the payment work? Do you really have to deposit money into the account before going to test?
There are so many more options on the new COC. Do you think they will be doing Peths and hair tests on us? I am good with that, I just don't want to pay for it.
I got option 1 yesterday. Talked to my case worker this morning and she said not to worry about their showing inaccurate info, that there are glitches being Ironed out. Don't know about the Peth. I doubt it will be used. I tested positive for alcohol on Option 1 very slight amount. Option one has the ethyl alcohol basic test. I wanted to do a Peth but my caseworker said no that's only used in dire circumstances. They ran an etg to rule it a false positive.
I keep a 110.00 in my account and when I hit activate test it just withdrew 55. I figure if you don't have money in your account you're going to have to take an extra step after you activate it to pay so I would rather just have the money there.

I had my first test yesterday too since the change. I don't like change either.
I got word I am getting a new CM again yesterday as well. This is my 3rd one in 2 years. I am so ready to be done with all of this.
Oh no! Who is your CM? I love mine, I hope I never have to change.
I'm with you, we have the same one. Don't want to loose her.
