Anyone else having issues with this new site. I just found that they listed my self report for August as non-compliant late when it was turned in on September 1st. That was well within the on time time frame we were given during the transition. It just angers me that this site can't seem to get things right

Hey just following this thread because I'm also in a position of XXXXXX with my current compliance program. I use Affinity as well and after I got a horrific stomach virus last Monday, I made sure and send my case mgr copies of the zofran & hycosamine scrips. Also hoping that she would have pity on me and not test me due to severe dehydration. Fast forward two days and I'm selected which is fine....so Thursday I go around noon b/c going to the Lapcorp btw 7-9 is a guranteed hour wait. So I'm still waiting for results and I'm freaking out b/c in my 2 years testing I've had one dilute and two abnormals. It says 'received at lab' and 'no result'. I guess after reading all above threads I shouldn't worry but I am b/c of the length of the time and even if it was abnormal, I'd immediately receive a letter from my BON. I drank a kombucha the day before....I've never got a positive Etg so I'm worried. Anyway, sorry for the rant. We have two case managers for compliance for a whole state, Mississippi, so communication is a process. I'm also paranoid that they monitor our log ins on Affinity and I've been obsessively checking lol....I imagine them saying some BS "well if you had nothing to worry about and it was a false positive etg then why did you log in 30 times in 4 days"

I have come close so many times. One time I grab my dog just before she hit the screen with their nose.
