I am about to start my first job as an RN, and I'm looking for the perfect tote bag. I need a sweater, my lunch bag/box, my wallet and keys and phone, my stethoscope/scissors/tape, clipboard, pens, and room for whatever else I might need to slip in. I like organizer pockets but not too many. Does anyone have one they really like?

Look into Thirty One Gifts tote bags. I love mine!

I simply throw everything into a JanSport backpack and keep it moving. These backpacks have little compartments, are sturdy, and have a lifetime guarantee.

I used this thirty one bag:
Zip-Top Organizing Utility Tote in Black Playful Parade | Thirty-One Gifts
It could fit all kinds of stuff- a hoodie, notebook for work related stuff, company handbook, deodorant, feminine supplies, a water bottle, a ton of pens and highlighters, stethoscope, etc.
My boss complimented me on it because it was cute!!
I also have thirty ones lunch sack, which I brought to work, also.

JanSport tote is amazing just the right amount of pockets sturdy enough to carry everything you need and padded pocket for any electronic you want to bring in. It was $45 so not to expensive and a lifetime warranty.
