shut off at 89 questions. I am pretty sure I failed. All my questions were SATA and meds I had no clue what they were. I had a few easy ones and some I surely answered wrong because I started losing it after 75 questions.

Ultra did you end up finding your results?

Congratulations ultra

yay congrats!!!!!!!

congratulatitons RN!!!!!

@Fusion what other resources did you use to study for the test apart from Kaplan? I've been trying to use the decision tree but its not really working much for me, I end up doing my own critical thinking while answering the question. I studied about half of the content book... and I do see a difference while answering the questions, I'm not having a hard time like before.

That's good godmade me. I know it is maybe nerve wreaking but try and relax on your last day before exam. I finished studying at around 4 pm the day b4 and went to a park. Nature calms me down so that is what I did. Went to bed early. On day of exam, I woke up late. Had a luxury shower, prayed, had a hearty breakfast and went for a walk. Came home and went to give my exam. While I was walking, I talked to myself and said, slow and steady, take my time. That way you can be sure to take a short exam by not rushing and thinking about your answer choices very carefully. I wish you all the best. BTW, my best friend from England is a Filipino

That's good sunshine. My friend gave her exam and she still had access to Hurst for 2 weeks so I just watched the videos just to brush up. Then it's been Kaplan all the way.

@fusion

hows ur nclex exam? is it harder than kaplan?[/quotenotBless u godmade me. After every test, I reviewed all the rationale. The questions I got right and those that I missed. You need to know why you got them right and wrong. I tested Thurs and I took the qtrainer 7 on Mon. Rebooted the rationale for Monday and Tues. Wednesday I just watched the video on class room questions to keep it easy. No heavy studies on the day before. Kept it light and relaxing. Finished around 3/4. And relaxed for the rest of the evening. I thought that if I haven't got it by now, I will never get it. There were topics I refused to understand lol and just skimmed it too. I had a lot of med questions. I felt that both were similar but the actual exam, they didn't ask tricky questions like Kaplan. Remember you can do it if you take your time answering the first 20 questions and stir clear of the passing line. That is make a good curve of higher level questions and eventually you will miss questions but just realized that if you start to break your concentration, take a break. Come back and answer slowly taking your time. This will ensure that you take short exam if you don't risk to answer questions. Rushing sometimes makes you miss vital info. You can PM me is you like and I will help anyone who needs help studying. Remember to study smart not long hours. I am in GA. But licensed in NC. Long story.
