took nclex today feeling very low

i had more than 150 questions less than 200 i was not looking at the number of questions i had SATA, lots of priority, most essential question i few calculations i did not expect the exam to shut off when it did and i felt that they were some questions i really did not know what they were trying to ask i must say i tried to critically think but i do not remember using ABC and maslows conscouisly. i think i missed my last question

i really leave this to GOD as i await my results

I took my NCLEX last Friday. Had 221 questions, mostly priority, teaching and delegation. I felt I was guessing at every answer, that is the nature of the NCLEX beast. No answer will look spot on, so try not to doubt yourself. I did and worried myself sick, but guess what...I passed!

Hang in there. I took the NCLEX last june and thought for sure I FAILED. I felt completely horrible. To my surprise I passed. From experience with my friends...I don't think you can tell your results from the number of questions you got. Good Luck!

Definitely hang in there. I took NCLEX 2 days ago, and I just KNEW I failed. But.....found out today I passed!!! Don't worry, most of us walk out of there sure that we failed, but most of pass. Good luck!!!

I felt the EXACT same way, I had 265 questions and felt I didn't know but maybe 20 for sure!! All of my nursing class friends ALL felt like they failed it and we all had anywhere from 75, 90, 110, 265 questions and SO FAR EVERYONE in my class has passed!!! You will do fine. Somewhere DEEP down inside we know this stuff, and it comes out on these questions. Good luck, I know tomorrow you will have that wonderful post that I PASSED!!

hi i'm new here. i took the nclex rn exam 3 days ago march 11 and still no results from the internet.... i'm so scared.. does anyone from california who took the exam last march 11 and got their results from the net already? pls. reply tnx......
