Sooo.... i took my test this morning. And idk how to feel right now. I am drained from all the studying, drained from the test, and just staying prayerful and hopeful. I prayed all the way through that test. And i pray that i proved myself to be a safe/component nurse. I am too scared to do the PVT so i guess im playing the waiting game. 265 questions and 6 hours later i still have a big headache lol. I am thankful/greatful and hopefully i will be posting soon to tell you what i used to pass boards :)

Get yourself a nice cocktail or glass of wine, if you're so inclined. You earned it! Not a drinker? NP; hot cocoa is charming too :)

Find a great movie, a great book, or a great friend who can listen to you while you drink that wine. But do NOT go on and on about that danged test, it's OVER!

265 questions means you were in the game up until the end.....can't say which side of the fence you landed on, BUT if you're a first-time test-taker, the odds are greatly in your favor.

So relax. Do something nice for yourself, studying is DONE! :D

I also took my exam today..... I got 265! I am in Florida, where did you do your exam?

Anyway I wish you all the best. I understand exactly where you are coming from.

I am exhausted.

And now the waiting game. I am still holding out hope.

I passed with 265 back in June. It's grueling to get that many questions, but you CAN pass with all 265!

Congrats!! And thank you. There's so many different stories they make you wonder. Someone was saying if you get the last question wrong its an automatic fail

To be honest, I have no idea if I got the last one wrong, but there used to be a bunch of posts on here and an article on a NCLEX tutor's website that said getting the last one right or wrong doesn't decide the test. If you get all of the questions, then one questions is not going to make it or break it. If that last one puts you above the passing line in whatever category it's in and you are already above the passing line in the other categories, you pass (and the opposite also applies). There is another rumor that there are daily randomly selected computers that are going to shoot out all 265 no matter how you are doing. I have seen no evidence to prove or disprove that and NCSBN vehemently denies it, however the day I took the test a classmate of mine also got 265 at the same test center at another time. From our descriptions to each other of location, we may have been at the same computer. Strange coincidence if it was a coincidence! Again, it's just a rumor, so don't bash me for mentioning it! There are actually more rumors than test questions I think!! :-)

Lol wow never heard of that but i guess it wouldn't make sense for the last question to determine pass or fail. Im not gonna believe the hype. Just going to be patient

Jae6 Didn't know you were testing so soon! I just posted on your other thread "kaplan scores" my scores are very similar to yours, I REALLY HOPE YOU PASSED!!!! :blink:
