Took the NCLEX...all 265 questions

I took the NCLEX today (Fri, June 12), and I'm not feeling too good. I had all 265 questions. I had probably 20 SATA, 5 put in correct order questions, and lots of teaching. I had so many that were determining which patient to see first. Something that was really frustrating was when I would get to a SATA question and know the answers exactly but then the next question would be MC.

I was also so surprised at how many EKG strips I had! I never expected to have as many as I did (at least 10).

How many people out there have had all 265 questions and passed? I'm feeling pretty certain that I didn't make it :/

I have known of people who passed and had to take all 265. Sometimes you just get the short end of the stick. However, if you had that many questions on EKGs, it might have been that you weren't getting enough correct. But maybe not! I had like 5 questions on Latex allergies and 3 questions on Bulimia when I took the NCLEX 2 years ago. I passed.

Bottom line, if you didn't pass go back and review EKGs! And, keep doing questions! Good Luck --

People have passed and failed with all 265 and people have passed and fail with 75....all that to say you won't know till you know! Hey as long as you were getting questions you were still in the game! Look for your results on your BON site or pay for quick results if your state participate... And then you will know how to proceed. Hope all works out for your good!

Moved to NCLEX

Do not stress too much about it, you took the test, it is over and you will find out soon enough. I took the NCLEX in March and also had all 265 questions. Lots of SATA, EKGs, and more than enough priority questions. My head was spinning after 4.5 hours when I was at the end and I did not know what to feel or think.

I passed!!!

Try to be easy...I know easier said than done. I was in panick mode all week. I graduated in April and just took nclex on June 9th. Found out that I passed on the 11th. I had over 200 questions, 3 ekgs, over 30 sata, and at least 5 drag and drop. I mentally prepared myself for 265 just in case. I did the pvt and got the good pop up but I wasnt satisfied until I received my quick results. Good luck to all!

I passed with 265. I had SATA, assignment on ECG about over 15 strips I had to look at.

Like many said the number of questions that you received determine fail or pass. I would advice you to relax. Call your nursing school peers. To me they were the most understanding people because we were on the same boat.

Good luck.

I passed on June 1st with 265 questions. I also have two other friends that passed at 265 and one that passed at 240. Don't get discouraged just yet :)

I should add that I had many EKG strips as well, a few drag and drops, and many SATA's.

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. I just tried the Pearson Vue trick and got the good pop-up. I'm holding on to hope!
