TOOK NCLEX!!!! only 75Q

I just finished taking NCLEX and feel like a failure...I feel like I got easy questions like medication administration, I Know I got them wrong because I blanked out!!! ...I only got 75 questions...I cried on the way home..I got some SATA and a bunch of infection control and some patient teaching...Any advice would be helpful...thanks...Did anyone get easy questions and pass?

To me they were basic level nursing questions and I couldnt remember the answers...I completely forgot how to take an apical pulse...I feel so bad and cant stop crying!!!:(

Sounds like you did fine....I know you hate to hear this, b/c I would hate to hear it too, but the hard part is over. Now it's the waiting. I wonder why Cali takes so long, anyways, and they don't provide quick results.

How could I miss the basic level questions!!!! I am so disappointed...how could I forget assessment and basic stuff..I hope the difficult questions made up for it...

Did you feel like they were basic maybe b/c the trainers are difficult, and being able to get through the trainers, the way you did, may make the board questions easy????

Just a thought. We are training at a level of difficulty in scoring between 60-65% or more, and if the board questions seemed basic to you, it may be b/c you trained with a minimal level of difficulty.:specs:

I feel like Kaplan didnt help at all...I got easy questions on therapeutic communication and on basic stuff...nothing like the trainers...I just know I failed because I didnt get any questions like the trainers!!! Why would it stop at 75 and only with easy questions????

Really you bet you will pass100%! these days many people said they passed with very easy and basic 75 questions ,and then they still remembered these qs,and i thought it was easy too,i hope i can get this easy in July 7th too ,if i was you ,i willnot worry at all !

Hey Clara,

Take a deep breath and try to refocus your mind on something else. A friend of mine had only 75 questions, and she said the test was super easy, but she passed. So, don't assume that because you had an easy test you failed.

We are all waiting for your big announcement stating you officially passed!

I took my test today as well. Shut off and 75 questions and felt like a total idiot when I walked out. I have my fingers crossed!

I took the NCLEX today and I must say it has been the worst day of my life. It was as if the computer knew my weakness before I sat down. I do not think that I passed, if I did by some miracle I will thank the heavens but I am honestly hitting the books again tonight because think I will be retaking this ASAP!!!
