I believe u did ok clara. Just remember, even if u did get basic nursing questions, you were asked that to get back up to passing level. You did get some SATA's too. So dont worry about it. I'm praying you did ok. I had alot of infection control in mine, prioirty question. Did u have any priority questions, or delegation questions? Do you remember seeing particular questions that were bold?

SATA's for s/sx's are hard, I had about 10-12. Did u have infection control about like what to do to decrease risk, or like just stopping infection? Infection control are hard. Med teaching are hard if you dont kno the meds, but you cant remember every med. Just hang with your baby and just relax, cause if you dont it'll be the roughest 2-3 days of your life. Trust me I've learned. For two days Ive just relaxed. Just take the time to relax, if youve worked damn hard.

For infection control, like how to transport a patient and what to do for certain precaution...I knew some of the meds, they were cardiac meds...hopefully it turns out okay!!!THANKS
THANKS EVERYONE!!!!
It's 7 am and I woke up feeling sick. I did sleep cause of my good friend Ambien. Just wanting all of you who are going through this hell to know it's almost over and I am putting out good energy for all of you and myself that we pass. From all the posts, I can see that you guys feel the same way. I really want to be a nurse and I really want to help people and get this going already. I'm glad that everyone else feels the same way about their spouses, friends etc, not getting it and driving us crazy. I feel bad for them too though cause it's so hard to just sit and watch someone be so sad and scared. Well good luck and blessed be!!!

Kris,
So the nclex considers med teaching a higher level question?! I had 75 questions ending w/5 med questions right after each other, they just kept coming!! Out of the 5 meds, I only ever saw one of them and even that one I only knew what type of med it was for! AHHhh... The wait is killing me! I think the fact that it ended w/5 meds that I was unfimilar is a bad sign bc I most likely got them wrong. You would think NCLEX would test you on the most common meds (i.e, dig, heparin, insulin) but noooo that would be too easy! I also didn't have one delegation! And I'm good at those questions too. 18 sata, lots of priority and a few infection control. PLease let me know. I should find out my results today or tomorrow!
I took the boards yesterday..Computer shut off at 75 questions and I think u and I had the same test! I could not believe the amount of SATA questions! UUGH! I did HURST Review and thought no matter how much I studied it did not HELP! I feel like crap! I feel the same way, it shut me off at 75 because I got most wrong! UUGH I bet I failed! I cant wait for tomorrow to find out...These 2 days are 2 days I will never forget..
Mine had probably 15-20 SATA questions, I stopped at 75 questions- probably because it was so obvious I would fail.I felt good in nursing school, felt good on the Kaplan (which didn't help I think) practice questions, and BOOM, these boards landed me on my back.
Boards absolutely BLEW.
