hello fellow bloggers!!!
after a box of tissue and tons of phone call from my relatives and my bf i finally had the courage to write my experience today...
i took my NCLEX RN for the 1st time today and honestly speaking i really do feel like i failed. My computer stopped at after 75th question and after an hour and 50 minutes to be exact. I have about 5 SATA questions, 3 calculations and about infection control, prioritization and 1 delegation! only 1 delegation omg after practicing so many questions about delegation....grrr ! i felt so depressed... i prepared myself since graduating from nursing school last june. my classmates and professor kept giving me words of encouragement that i'm going to pass... i mean i am not straight A's student but i never failed any exam before. my school got 99% NCLEX passing rate from last year and all our professors did really tried their best to prepare us for this.... now i feel like i fail them... sorry to keep whining its just that... NCLEX IS SO DEPRESSING!
just quick question i took my exam at 2pm today thursday and i know that after 2 business day we can get our result online or by phone (I live in NY) is saturday considered business day or i have to wait till monday for my result?
thanks everyone!

Hang in there! You won't know for certain 'till the results come in. In the meantime, go out and reward yourself for the commitment you've made thus far for preparing yourself for the test. I know exactly what you are going through.....I've taken it twice, and very soon will be taking it a third time.

EVERYONE feels like they failed when they walk out of the NCLEX. It is impossible to tell how you did.
I had NO delegation questions, only a few prioritization questions, 1 cacluation question, and a ton of pharmacology questions and I passed it with 75 questions.
Most people actually end up passing the NCLEX, and if your school has a 99% pass rate, odds are that you passed.
Good luck! :)

Your results should be available through quick results on a weekend if the state takes part otherwise will have to wait. Hang in there and good luck
