So...when you start nursing school, you are sure that you can just record your favorite shows and watch them when you finish school. Is this realistic? Are you going to have a million hours to watch TV once you start that coveted new RN job? Uh...probably not....so what is your "must watch" TV show? My advice: watch one show only! Good luck.

Thank God for Netflix I do not need to DVR. I am a sci fi/Horror/thriller junkie.

Shameless TV addict here, cripes I can't keep up with my DVR without the time commitment of school. I need a vacation just to catch up! I don't think there is a DVR big enough to make it through a nursing program.

That is totally me. I have over 300 programs on my DVR, and about 10 movies from last November that I still haven't watched. I just delet them off the DVR once Netflix starts showing them....

I have a few shows that I like to watch, good thing there is hulu and Netflix. Most of the time I will choose one show to watch when I go to bed on my phone, good thing I have unlimited data on my phone. Criminal Minds is my one show I watch on Wednesday evenings after class. I will enjoy it as long as it lasts, might not be able to watch much next semester with the course load I'll be taking.

I was absolutely obsessed with The Killing on Netflix. I wish there were more seasons.
On the nights I'm not working the boyfriend and I watch House reruns before bed but when I have total control of the tv I lean towards documentaries.

Wen I returned to school back in 2009, I was so pinned down with studying being in a community college and studying at a different online college, that I got out of the habit of watching tv altogether. So, I just watch the evening news when I'm off, and glance up at the tv for convo pieces when im in a patient's room.
But I will have to admit that Dallas reeled me back in with its comeback. It was just like old times. The first series was during my LPN student days, the second was during my BSN student days. Patrick Duffy is still as handsome today as he was yesteryear.
Patrick Duffy is still in the acting business? I remember him from "Man from Atlantis" growing up....now my age is showing...:woot:lol

My favorite show is Forever. I do reward myself with an hour a week in front of the telly, I'd go insane otherwise.
Yes!!!!! I forgot about the webbed-hand hunk! Ohhhhh, the good ole days!! Your age and mine! Lol!
