I'm having a hard time understanding. It seems as though you did the right thing. You assessed, intervened and so on. What am I missing?
Idk just worried. My former place of employment could decide to file a comlaint wit the board of nursing. Its home health which bein a new grad sld of never started. I put my notice in a weekprior bc of being on my own. Feel like I did wat I thought was best but its my word against pt.

Please use proper sentences, not text speak. It's hard to understand you, and against TOS. Thank you.

How did you knick their line? Listen, everyone makes mistakes. I can't comment on your situation because I don't know the details. If you identified the problem, intervened appropriately, and the patient is okay, you are most likely fine. You will likely get pulled off the case and hopefully your employer will give you some remedial training and supervision to make sure you are safe to practice. You would only lose your license if you were grossly negligent.
Also, you probably shouldn't call yourself DummyRN! You need a new screen name!

Until we know what actually happened there is no way to speculate.

Well, geez, once you told the OP, she fixed it. No need to beat her over the head with it when she is already stressed out.
