Hey guys, I also got accepted this morning! I can't believe I got into all the schools I applied to but it's making it so much harder to choose LOL. I ruled out TWU since it's more expensive and a longer program but now I gotta decide between UTH and UTMB?what factors should I consider between the two? They're both about the same price, the only thing I can think of is that UTH is closer to the medical center
For prospective students, I have a 4.0 GPA, 84 TEAS, and some hospital volunteer experience

I believe UTH is ranked a little higher than UTMB as far as nursing goes, but I wouldn't let that take away from the fact that they are both amazing schools. Regardless of where you choose, the quality of education is top-tier (according to online sources and my friends who all went to one of the two schools.) I didn't apply to UTH cause I was too lazy to take the HESI ? - but if I had, I'd probably choose UTH just for the location. Also, no pressure but keep in mind the longer you wait to make a decision, the longer someone anxiously sits on the waiting list. Regardless, congrats! Your future is lookin bright! ?
I am excited to say I have chosen to attend UTMB! I have always felt so connected to Galveston and the community. I love the rich history of the school and I know I will receive an amazing education there. This is a dream come true. I'm excited to see you all at orientation as we embark on this journey together, to become registered nurses with a BSN! Congratulations to everyone that's gotten their acceptance already and to those whose acceptance is just around the corner! We are going to do great things!
So they actually offered me an insane opportunity to start the Summer semester next week! I got all of the orientation and post acceptance stuff already and have to get it done within the week ?. But it's completed for the most part, so if anyone has any questions about that stuff just let me know.
also, they create a facebook group for us that you'll get an invitation to join so don't worry about that.

I just got an email saying I was accepted! My grades weren't the best but I think my essay really helped! Also, does anyone know if there is a group chat for this cohort?
