Hey Everyone!

Super excited to start this journey. I didn't see a topic for this program yet so I thought I would start one.

My Stats:

TEAS- 85.3%

Science GPA- 3.75

Overall GPA- 3.14

I checked NursingCAS and it shows my application is submitted, completed, and received. I've also talked to someone last week who confirmed they had my application but nothing email wise. I'll call tomorrow!

hey y'all I just wanted to let you know that someone I have class with got their acceptance letter from UTMB already

Wow, that's so early. I've never heard of people getting it that soon. Did they apply to the Fall traditional BSN semester as well or was it for the Summer BSN semester?

they said that it was for the fall semester and that they turned in the application the day it was due. They had a TEAS of 98 so I'm pretty sure that's why they heard back so fast

I got an email March 30th that stated that the review process can take 10-12 weeks and to be on the lookout for future emails. I've heard of people hearing back as late as June.

I talked to UTMB SON today and it could be up to 16 weeks from the time the application closed on March 15th to receive a decision. If by week 12, you have not received anything, they said to call to check your application status. The average to hear back is 8-10 weeks so hang in there!
