Holy moly. That place is nicer than any apartment I've ever lived in, but the price! No wonder they're broke. I know the cost of living in New Jersey is expensive but did they really need to rent that? My gosh.

It's ok, they rented it, but they never expected to actually have to PAY for it!

It's nicer than my home with more amenities and their rent is more than my mortgage!! Local papers reportedly contacted the family directly (no comment of course ) but it appears someone else paid the rent through March as the story went public to stop the eviction proceedings. That's nearly $10,000 including court costs! Rumors vary between the IBRF (CEO DeFina pays himself a nice six figure salary so it would appear to be within his means), Schiavo family group, or Dolan putting up the funds. (Not that it matters)

Mother is still playing dress up and posted a photo with the poor teen complete with heart shaped sunglasses in the same pose as most other photos (lots of blankets, trach& vent obscured/covered, amateur Photoshop to hide skin issues) and another sad photo with her beautiful infant nephew looking distressed as he's posed in bed with the corporal shell of an aunt. The poor kid is dressed in a onesie as she is covered in piles of blankets indicative that the home is kept rather warm yet she can't independently maintain body temp and requires multiple blankets.

Very sad. This beautiful teen asked for none of this and would likely be mortified if she was aware of the scenario. I think it's horrifying that the vulnerable infant nephew was posed next to her body for photos.

Yeah, it's nicer than any place I've lived period. $10,000! Who has that kind of money?! Wow. Well lucky them!

I guess the only nice thing for Jahi is that she is dead. It's sad they are doing this to her body but at least she isn't in any pain.

But they should be bringing her infant nephew in to pose with her body, that's too much. Her mother can dress her up all she wants but don't bring the baby into this mess.

I'm sure if she could've had a will or at least any kind of opinion she would not have wanted this circus to be going on & especially not have them do this to her.

Where is the photo with the baby? It's not on facebook and I haven't seen it.

If it's out there for the public to see, why hasn't anyone sent it to family services? Surely they would have something to say about placing a baby in close contact with all that necrotic tissue.

Just, wow.

If she's not brain dead then take her off all the machines & let her function on her own without them. I have a feeling she wouldn't last long, maybe it's because she is brain dead?

How do we explain these doctors signing affidavits that she's not dead? Some seem to be current practitioners in the relevant fields and would have some credibility based on that.

Money talks.

But I want to see the results from the tests they did and how do they explain her brain decomposing? If she was in a coma her brain wouldn't have looked like it did in the recent MRI Dolan had done. But maybe those doctors have explainations for that.

Not one of the physicians examined her in person. Prestigiacomo read the mri. The EEG was done by a psychologist in the home--not accredited to perform diagnostic EEG only biofeedback EEG. (Dr Fischer stated there was most likely electrical interference from the equipment etc). The CA & Cuban based their statements on the reports of others. The only one present at the testing was DeFina (a disgraced psychologist) and Dolan. DeFina is not academically nor legally qualified to cast judgement on medical conditions. No one performed a brain death exam or apnea test. Dr Fischer refuted each and every one of Dolan's dream team of "brain specialists" declarations. All of the declarations and refutations are available online

Beachy and Chaos are correct, those Drs are not qualified physicians and they did not actually examine Jahi, so all of this is a bunch of BS. More BS--Dolan actually said she was released by the hospital because she has recovered to the point she doesn't need medical care. WHAT? Dead people don't need medical care-DOH! And he is begging for money again. Unbelievable!

I can't figure out exactly WHY Nails and Marv "can't" work, but that statement alone pretty much proves that this is about nothing but the money. It's not love, it's not fighting for your child, it's not even denial, it is making that poor baby into a cash cow, and it makes me physically ill!
