What will be the 1st thing you do after graduation? After finals, pining ceremony or cap and gown graduation? Burning all of your "white" clothes in your closet?! I'm not graduating this year, but hey I can start dream dreaming, its just the time of the year!
I've got a few things in mind...I don't care if I have a 2 cents in my bank account, I'm picking out a new car, "the dumpster" as my dad lovingly refers to my car will probably be running on prayers by then! I definately want to take a vacation of some sort to celebrate, don't know where yet.
Let's see here, I don't graduate until next year but I will get a Brand new car. Secondly We will go on a vacation to Disney World. We were going this year but we decided to go somewhere else this year. I also am going to be getting my daughter ready for Kindergarten. She starts in Aug. 2003. Oooh I can't believe it.
I want to REALLY clean my house. I want to spend time with my family, enjoy reading non-textbooks, catch up on the new movie releases and prepare for NCLEX!
The REAL party wil start when I have my license in hand!! :)

Well biscuit you speak with a very logical head. We can all dream i guess but does make more logic to put off the actual purchase till the license is in hand. I have seen it happen too, but with 6 more weeks of clinicals left, uncertainty of where i REALLY want to work, and if and when i want to get started on the ADN to BSN, I just have to let the imagination go. LOL
Gosh i have a year to go ...But after i pass state boards i wanna buy a new car and go some where nice ,,,and then spend the rest of my life spending time with my family oh and working .....those are nice thoughts ......oh and one more thing and when i have a day off it will really be a day off ..... those are nice thoughts
I have 4 weeks left......I am gonna get the kids to a sitter.....sleep and sleep with no phone ringer on and sleep sleep somemore...!!!!!! burn my white clinical clothes and sleep somemore....Then I will start all over at a job!!!!!
A lot of people wanting to buy cars here! Well I graduate (if all goes well) in the summer of '03 and I plan to move shortly after that to either Texas, California, or Florida. (Texas is winning so far)
I am going to go on vacation for twenty days to the wonderful area of St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay in Florida. I will be absorbing some uv rays on the beach, and doing whatever I want to do.
Ditto to Julies post! And then I am going to treat my family to a home cooked meal (a hot one), buy a few good books that I've missed out on, and go on a family vacation to a place where we can lie in the sun all day. Oh, just the thought of it! One more (long) year till graduation!
Lets see.....................I have nine more weeks til graduation:) The first thing I am going to do is take a night off and do absolutely nothing. Then I am going to study for the NCLEX. I won't rest until I pass that. I have been studying already, doing about 200 questions a week. finally in single digit weeks!!!!!!!!
me and my 2 best friends just booked a cruise for the month after graudation! Jamaica here we come! (we don't have husbands or kids or any of those silly things to worry about yet!)
GIVE ALL PRAISES AND HONOR TO HIM UP ABOVE, BECAUSE I KNOW IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR HIM, I COULD NOT HAE MADE IT THROUGH THESE TWO YEARS. THANK MY PARENTS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS, LOVE, SUPPORT AND MONEY AND THE INSPIRATION WHEN I FELT LIKE GIVING UP!!!!!!
