The mailbox watch is on

Published

Some of the students got letters that their applications were being reviewed and they'd get something in the mail in mid-October, others got rejection letters because their applications were not in order, I got NOTHING.

What does it mean? The funny thing is, I know I have enough points that if I don't get in, no one stands a chance. Also, I got a letter stating my application was in order before the deadline. But I won't rest till that mailbox gives me what I want! What does it mean?:specs:

Yes, I know what you mean; it's like you've set this huge thing in motion and now it feels like the process is just taking over. Exciting, but scary, too.

Well, another day has come and gone and Mr. Mailman still hasn't brought me my letter. Like others supposedly the letters where sent on October 15th.

Maybe tommorow:p

It's here!! :balloons:

There's so much in the packet to attend to, I'm feeling the pressure already! Background check, medical forms, immunization schedules, yada yada... I can feel the cash slipping away. I scheduled my immunizations starting Monday morning and I'm already busy at work getting everything in order.

Hope to hear good things from everyone else here real soon.

Congrats kitty!!! I have not received my package as yet but I will get it by next week. I heard that I need a too, what is that all about? They told me that it cannot be for less than one million dollars! Oh my goodness!!

Well let me wait and see what happens.

Annmarei, from what I read in my information, the insurance premium is a nominal amount (unstated so don't know what their idea of nominal is) and will be included in the tuition as "special fees".

Many congratulations Wendy. What will you do to celebrate?

Kitty,

Same to you, congratulations!!! To celebrate I'm going to go out for a run, then have a glass of champagne with a girl friend, and finally sleep until I wake up without an alarm tomorrow morning! My brain is fried from A&P exams this week. How about you?

:balloons: I got my letter today to begin the nursing program in January. I am so excited!!!! It has been a dream of mine to become a nurse since I was a little kid. I hope that everyone else who is waiting for a letter hears good news soon.

Congratulations!!

I'm still here waiting, I won't find out for at least another month. People keep telling me they think I will get in, hope they are right.

Congrats to Wendy and time4my dream! I've still got two interviews before I can even begin to look for a letter *sigh*. In the meantime, I've got a lab practical to keep me occupied. Fun, fun.

I was told that I am accepted but that letter is still not here. I am so tired to look in that mail box. I hope it will be there tomorrow.

Congrats to all who got in!!!

I remeber when I got in. First the verbal confirmation, but I too didn't beleive it until I got the letter (I still have it!). It seemed like graduation was so far off. I took it one week at a time and now I am just 54 days from my last day of nursing school!!!! Enjoy every moment of it, and make the most of it by being an active learner.

Good Luck!

Molly
