Democrats are excited about Harris and as of this writing she's raised 100 million dollars since Biden announced he was dropping out and throwing his support behind her.
Quote"Republicans, I worry, vastly underestimate Kamala Harris. They don't think very highly of her. They don't think she's terribly bright. When you or I bring up Kamala Harris' name in Republican circles, people laugh. It's immediately a punchline," Cruz said Monday on his podcast "Verdict with Ted Cruz."
Cruz warned against Republicans preemptively celebrating a Trump-Vance win months out from the election, arguing Democrats and the media will promote Harris as an "historic" candidate.

One, she's likely to be the Democrat Nominee and I will vote Democrat. I'll vote for Goofy or Forest Gump over Trump.
But I do align with her on issues from what I've seen. As a queer person she was at Pride events, met with queer people, and is a friend to queer people. That's an issue with me, and probably the main reason I've never voted for a Republican.
Even if some issue pops up that I don't agree with about her, there is zero present possibility that I'm going to sit out the vote or vote Republican.
Remember I called it. The border, the border, the border.
House GOP (with six democrat votes) approves resolution condemning Harris as 'border czar'
QuoteThe resolution offers a sense of how Republicans plan to campaign against Harris.

Yep. The GOP is going to use "others" to motivate their voters. We've seen that before. It's telling that they are very attached to the label "border czar" in spite of everyone knowing that they've maintained that problem for campaign purposes themselves and they made up the label. There's nothing honest about their campaign. At least it's not just suggesting that she's DEI or was promoted because of sexual favors.
In her own words....
QuoteIf you're able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.
I got no problems with Kamala supporting bail for protestors just marching in the street after George Floyds murder AFTER I saw the police shoot Ali Velshi, MSNBC reporter LIVE while covering protest on TV. Those who committed criminal activity --different story.

Agree. However if they have been arrested and need bail, the police had enough evidence to charge them.
A politician and/or prosecutor shouldn't be fundraising for potential criminals to be put back on the street.

People guilty of nothing more than peacefully protesting too often need to post bail in this country of limited freedoms. I'm glad that Harris is sympathetic to the costs of our bail system when arrested for exercising our rights.
Protesters =/= criminals, potential or otherwise.
GOP politicians are fundraising for a criminal right now. That makes your statement about fundraising for potential criminals weird.
