I am mostly a lurker and am just starting clinicals this semester, but seeing the volume of answers and encouragement you give to others is laudable and selfless. Thanks Daytonite, I will need you in a couple weeks when my classes start!! Thanks for your input!!:yeah:

you have never answered any of my questions personally, but i am always on all nurses and you have helped me many times. you are awesome!! with so many people being so negitive it is wonderful to get your encouragement and wisdom. you are the one that knows. thanks
