Hello,
I'm applying to the fall nursing program in January. I'm super excited but I still have some unanswered questions. I tried calling the Nursing Dept at the South Campus and left a message but have not heard a response.
I'm trying to find out what teas version they are testing with in the spring for fall entry. I have read tons of threads from TCC for the past few semesters and it is nice to start a new one for nursing hopefuls like me.
I'm taking Micro in the fall and getting a math class knocked out for BSN. Anyway, hope to get some responses.
I didn't apply to Weatherford either. I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, but I also didn't know about their point system. A friend of mine had the info sent to her a while ago and I guess I'd have 19 points once I calculated it? I'm assuming that is about right since lmd had 20. What is typical for WC? Does anyone know the average number of points people have when they get accepted?
Thanks for all the positive responses! I'm still really hoping that TCC comes through for me, but if it doesn't then now I know my other options! Just to stay positive here! :)
I wish TCC was like WC though and sent letters out at the same time!!! THAT WOULD BE NICE!!!!! lol i hate this waiting... hate hate hate it.
Man!!! I should have applied to WC!! I just checked their site and I would have had 21 points! Blah..... Oh well. If I don't get into TCC o will apply to both next time. I know I said an hour was far, but it's only 2 years right?!?
We are in the same boat Val17. I never considered applying to WC due to distance and just realized that I too would have had 21 points :smackingf....Definitely applying to both next time, but I am still holding on to the Faith that I will get that letter from TCC.

I was coming back to say the same thing that studentCL said, if you have those kind of points for Weatherford, there's no doubt you'll be getting into TCC!
