Hey, just wanted to know if there were any fellow Tarrant County College pre-nursing students out there? Just thought perhaps we could share ideas, rants, even commiserate w/ one another! :D

I noticed that several of you are taking or have taken science courses in the summer. How difficult was it to register and get into those courses? I just registered for my Spring semester on the day of registration and there wasn't a lot of choices left. I only need Micro and A&PII this summer to apply to the nursing program but NEED to get into these two classes.

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this site and would like to know if there is someone out there who is applying at TCCD nursing Program this Jan/Feb for Fall. I just got done with all my pre-requisites at the NE Campus and I am excited to finally say that I can apply into the Program. Does anyone know if we are required to have recommendation letters submitted with our package? If optional, What would you recommend. Also, any tips on how to study for the TEAS? Thank you.

I'm new to allnurses and I was curious If there was anyone that is just starting at tcc? I'm starting this fall at trinity river and northwest for my nursing prerequisites. I noticed there are slot of mothers, I am a young mother of two. Any advice for a young mother of two? I don't have alot of support and I'm so happy to have found this :)
