Tarrant County College Fall 2017

Okay, I cannot take it anymore. I am so ready to get into school but it seems so far away. Anybody else out there planning to apply for fall 2017? Anybody else feeling like time is dragging? What prerequisites do yall have done and what do you have left? I am currently in micro which is all I need to apply. :arghh:

My DCCCD transcript hasn't been evaluated yet. I just hope they get that done before the deadline. Then if not, I don't know what to do.

When did you turn it in? You have until March 31st I don't see why they wouldn't have it done by then.

I plan on turning mine in Friday. I just spoke with advising and only need my passport photo to complete my application. I'm nervous!

I was nervous too but I'm glad I have it in and I don't have to worry anymore. I am sure I will become nervous again in April. They go through the packet when you hand it in and make sure you have everything which is very nice.

I did so last week in January. I see where they said if you don't have the degree audit, then you have to bring the course description.

Call them at the registrar and ensure they are evaluating them. Sometimes they dont receive the request. It can take a few weeks. But as long as you have everything else youll be fine to submit by deadline. You may want to run package by advisor and ensure its good except for that. Let them know youre waiting on your audit.

You do not need to make an appointment with the advisor. I did and it was a huge waste of time because the people that you turn your application into go through it all to make sure everything is there.

I right clicked the page and hit print. I am glad they got it together for you. It is stressful waiting to apply.

While we are waiting might as well chat. Is this y'alls first career choice or second? How old is everyone? I am 27 and I am currently a vet tech. While I love animals more than most people I kind of fell into this career after dropping out of college the first time. It took time for me really figure out what I would like to do with the rest of my life but hey the time passes no matter what.
