Okay, I cannot take it anymore. I am so ready to get into school but it seems so far away. Anybody else out there planning to apply for fall 2017? Anybody else feeling like time is dragging? What prerequisites do yall have done and what do you have left? I am currently in micro which is all I need to apply.
Yes its called a transcript evaluation request. They look at all transcripts and carry over your credits from other schools. Thennnnnn, you can run your degree audit for nursing. The degree audit showing completing of all required classes is what has to be attached to your application.
And no, they do not need a letter from medical provider unless it is specific to you for some reason explaining a certain circumstance. If you have met all immunization requirements and they are signed off on, submit the shot record and the physician sign off immunization form in your package. Last...with your GPA, it is good. However your HESI is low. Any advisor would recommend retaking it. If you can I would recommend it too but all of TCCs test dates are full. So there is a chance and you will have to wait and see. I dont recall if their HESI scores were that, I do know some were 85s and two Bs. So you do have a chance.
Hi Meagansensing. Thank you for your explanation. Transcript audit, is that the same as transcript evaluation? If so, I just requested for mine to be done last week. If it hasn't been evaluated before then, can you include your actual transcript when turning in your packet? Also for the immunization requesting for a medical care provider signature, do they also need a letter from the medical provider accompanied with that for verification? Lastly, I have a 4.0 GPA and 82 in Hesi, where there people with this stat that got accepted during your term? Please let me know. Thank you!
Awesome! what was your name?! email me and I will help mentor you [email protected]
Ha cool I thought so. Yes, I'm applying for fall. Probably going to turn in the app next week and wait forever for the news.

I sent you an email!
They finally emailed me back for this question. "Titers doesn't have an expiration date, so you will be good to go." You will just need to get signatures from the doctor and the lab reports from what I see on the application packet.@Lbrock thank you! So I got my titers in 2015 since I couldn't find some of vaccine proof, do I need to get another titer this year? I really don't know how that works.
Just turned in my application. They said they should start sending out acceptance emails around April 15th. I feel more calm now that it is in their hands now.
I plan on turning mine in Friday. I just spoke with advising and only need my passport photo to complete my application. I'm nervous!

My DCCCD transcript hasn't been evaluated yet. I just hope they get that done before the deadline. Then if not, I don't know what to do.

If the classes you took at DCCD show up you click the scroll down menu for nursing and click on that. If your transcript has been processed and approved it should show up.
