Taking the NCLEX in January? Stop in here...

Just wondering who's taking the NCLEX in January and what you are doing to study? I graduated this week w/ my AAS in nursing and I'm trying to spend 2 hrs a day studying using ATI, Saunders and a couple other NCLEX books. I'd like to test at the end of Jan. Start my job on Jan 21st.

Got my ATT yesterday and am testing January 8th! - EEK! Sooner than I thought but less time to worry about it. I start my new job on the 21st so I may even have results by then!

Got my ATT yesterday and I will be testing on the 24th. My job pays for Kaplan review so I had to work around that.

OK my date is the 16th at 8 am

EVery single open test date in MD is at 8 am between now and March....UGH I am SO not a morning person.

Really??? I am in MD but don't have my ATT yet. I'm not a morning person either. This could be really bad.

Well there are only a few centers in MD ( I didnt check Salisbury) and there were even a limited amount of dates open!

My director said she is flabbergasted that there are only 8 am slots open. She said Pearson must have cut back slots being there are less grads in Dec. I got my ATT a week ago and Jan 16th was the EARLIEST date I could find open ( out of Baltimore/Columbia/Bethesda and DC centers). Now today I checked back and saw Jan 3rd is open but I am in no way ready to test in 2 days...haha...just got back from vacation and need to crack a book open!

Cross your fingers that someone who has a later time slot cancels or else, yep, it will be 8 am :(

I graduated with a class of 140 on December 21st, so maybe they will open up some more slots when they get our list. Hoping so because I do really badly on early morning exams.

I am in Maryland, too. If Maryland is full, then I will have to go to Virginia to test. Vienna is close by.

Hello all! I graduated on Dec 19, 2007. I got my ATT December 23,2007 or something like that and I will be taking the exam on Jan 29, 2007. OMG, I am so nervous. I will be taking Kaplan and have every review book known to man! LOL:uhoh3:
