I have my phone interview with the nurse Manager tomorrow.Interviewing for addiction recovery unit at Ballard campus. I am nervous, but am assuming it will be behavioral questions as others have mentioned. Any words of advice for those of you who have gone through the interview process with the Nurse manager?

I am still waiting for my initial HR call :-/ maybe because I applied at the end of August? But I just graduated on Friday so that was the earliest I thought I could apply and still look like a good candidate. I wonder if they're even still making HR screening calls...

Update: had my HR interview (so for anyone who hasn't they're still making calls) and my panel is set for next week. Eek! I'm out of state so I'll be doing it via video chat.

well i only had the HR interview and was told I would have a second interview but still have not heard anything yet.

Oh man. Kind of starting to lose hope on this. It seems like people are being scheduled for the second interview pretty quickly after the first, yes? It's been almost two weeks since my first and still haven't heard anything. Has anyone had to wait this long to hear back??
