Hi...Has anyone seen a posting about Swedish's Residency program for the July/August 2015 cohorts? I would think that they would be posted around now, but I haven't seen any.

@ TolDoll The only thing you can do is just keep checking the website. It will definitely show up. I believe there is a "job alert" option you can subscribe to.

I originally applied to the July/August cohort and got called for a phone interview the end of July during which she told me I was being put in the November cohort and should hear from managers for an in person interview the beginning of September! is anyone else going through the November cohort hiring process?

I am hoping so much to get called for an interview for Swedish's residency program. I applied at the end of July for the November cohort. My application is still in the "Received" status. The only thing I believe holding me back as an awesome candidate is that I do not have my BSN completed yet. Corkys92 - That is so exciting! What floor do you hope to work on? Do you have your BSN? I'm hoping to be on one of the med/surg floors, I'd really like a tele floor! I do have my BSN. And I know that the application is still open so I think they'll start calling once they've finished accepting applicants!

I am also going for the November cohort! I had originally had applied for the July/August one. But they also asked me if I was interested in the November group, which works out better since I am moving there from Wisconsin. I had a HR interview July 22 and another one Aug19. HR told me on the phone she wanted me to do an interview with the nurse manager for the floor I picked, but hasn't given me a date yet due to not having the nurse manager's schedule. Hoping that I am going to be able to do that one over the phone/skype or something. Because I am interested in the Addiction recovery unit at Ballard campus, they do the RN manager interview and panel interview on separate days.

Just got a call today from Swedish and got a job offer for the Nov cohort start date
