Swedish Medical Center Residency 2015

Hi...Has anyone seen a posting about Swedish's Residency program for the July/August 2015 cohorts? I would think that they would be posted around now, but I haven't seen any.

I interviewed with a panel of 6 people last week. It was about 6 behavioral style questions. The interview took about 15-20 minutes followed by a 10 minute tour of the unit. They also said about 1-2 weeks.

Has anyone received a follow up call from the nurse manager following their panel interview? I have no idea what to expect. I was told that they have a few additional questions, but no other details.

I haven't heard anything from either HR or the nurse manager. I am not sure what to expect either.

Two weeks after my panel interview I had an additional phone interview with the ICU team I had interviewed with. The following day I received a call from the recruiter.

So I applied when it first opened at the end of February. I am completing my ADN in June and got accepted into UW Tacoma's RN-BSN program. I still have yet to receive a call or anything :(. Feeling bummed that I haven't heard anything yet! Happy for ya'll that got the call :)

It doesn't seem like very many people have interviewed yet compared to previous Swedish residency threads.
