Hi...Has anyone seen a posting about Swedish's Residency program for the July/August 2015 cohorts? I would think that they would be posted around now, but I haven't seen any.
Thanks!
I had my nurse manager interview on the 10th and my peer interview on the 18th, both were over the phone as they could not figure out skype on their end. For those of you who received job offers, how long did you wait? Did they send you a physical letter or email? Good luck on everyone's interviews!!
Congrats! I told HR I was willing to come to Seattle for an interview and she said the managers would be getting ahold of me in the beginning of September to schedule in-person interviews.
Hey did you ever get your second interview scheduled and get to fly out? And did they give you a timeframe for when you'd hear back?
Hi paintmegray, I was also hired for the Nov 9th cohort- surgical telemetry at Cherry Hill. My experience was similar- HR phone interview, I hadn't heard back so I called & emailed my HR contact, she scheduled skype interview with nurse manager for the next day, 2 days later had a skype panel interview and was offered a position later that day. I imagine the timeline depends on the unit/manager.
If anyone else is relocating and interested in looking for housing together please email me at [email protected]!

Congratulations!! Is it just general surgical tele? Sounds exciting :-) When did you interview/accept your offer? It's already been almost a week since I had my panel so maybe that's a bad sign :-/
Traffic across lake washington from Redmond/Bellevue can be terrible.. And those areas are usually just as expensive if not more. Unless you plan on taking a bus, which may be difficult if you're working nights, I'd recommend staying on this side of the water! North Seattle is usually better price wise.

Hi! I have a panel interview next week for the Postpartum RN Residency at Swedish and would love some advice about the panel interview?? What kind of questions did they ask and how was the overall interview experience??
@se.anderson did you have the panel interview for postpartum?? What questions did they ask and how did it go??
Thank you in advance! I am very excited for this opportunity, but also very nervous and so any advice or interview questions would help me overcome this panel interview!
