just a thought. is your survey taking account demographics. i only ask because the pay scale varies so differently depending on area of the country. should this be one of your questions??

2. what is your annual gross income? erm, i make 29/hr (that's with shift diff) and work 36 hrs, a week..so whatever that works out to.

less than 30k, 30-40k, 40-50k, 50-60k, 60-70k, greater than 70k

3. do you have an associate or bachelors degree? bsn

4. how long have you worked for your present employer (seniority)?

5. on average how many hours do you work weekly? 36 (3 12's)

6. do you work during the week, over the weekend, both? mostly during the week. i'm required to work 1 fri, 1 sat, and 2 suns
