I never focused on my scores, but the rationales. I had a 58% on my PN Qbank and I passed my boards the first time with 85 questions. If you know your content then you will do great. If you do feel as if you are not ready then do reschedule.

Oct 18? Isn't it November 5 now? With the scores, you'll be fine. Don't focus too much with your scores. It pulls your confidence down, instead, just answer and analyze questions with what you knew. And don't forget to read the rationales even if you got it right. You can do this. I'll be testing this month and I do pray that this will be my 2nd and last. If your taking the exam on the 18th this month then were pretty close. I'll be taking mine 2 days before you. Good Luck! =D

I practiced with Q bank, only used 10% of tests available to me, and i think my overall scores were somewhere in the 60's. I passed NCLEX-PN on my first try with 85 questions. i did not feel prepared at all, but i think you never will. if you have a good grasp on your content you will be ok. if it's PN exam u r taking, focus on INFECTION CONTROL for sure! know this inside n out.

To be honest, you're doing great but you can as well review your content to shoot high of 65-75. wish you all the best!
