Starting the thread for those anxious applicants trying to get a read on this year's pool of candidates...
So who is willing to post what they've scored?
Here's mine:
A&P 1: A
A&P 2: B+
Eng 1: A
Eng 2: B+
Micro: ___
Psych: A
Stats: C- (blah!)
TEAS: 78
Not particularly found of the revision to the rubric.
So what are you holding???
I also still have not gotten a denial/acceptance letter. So frustrating. I called today they said all letters have been sent out (was thinking maybe I got waitlisted? But I'm thinking a denial) I just want to know. She said I just had to wait for letter, there was no other way to find out and that others have called asking where there letters are also.
So has has anyone been waitlisted? Curious if those letters went out
Congrats on being accepted into the LPN! I know I was wondering if maybe I was waitlisted and that's why I haven't received a letter, esp since. Haven't seen anyone post about a waitlist letter yet. However, I feel like if they didn't send out wait list letters yet admissions would have told me that when I called today and asked if all letter went out ...? I don't know but if I don't get anything tomorrow I'm going to freak out from an anxiety attack

im in the same boat as you. So anxious. I'm pretty sure I was denied, but there is this little sliver of hope left that has me obsessing over it. I have a degree but none of the prerequisites that count for any points so I'm pretty much have my TEAS score and a few .25points so that's why I'm assuming a denial letter. But either way I'm taking a&p in the summer and will reapply over and over until I make it! (Along with other schools) good luck to you and I hope we make it or at least waitlisted. What did you get on your TEAS if you don't mind me asking?
Congrats to to everyone who got accepted :)
Same! I am obsessed. I am pretty sure I'm getting a denial as well but I just want an answer. I'm curious why ours is taking so much longer than anyone else's which is why I considered the possibility of a waitlist. I scored 75 on TEAS so mad that I missed the advanced bonus points. I can't stop beating myself up over the fact that scoring a few points higher would have given me 20 more points. It's huge. Such a big jump. I have all pre reqs including the .25 ones other than micro. But that doesn't help me much.

you still did great though. And having all the pre reqs will help you a lot! I would of think you would get in / waitlisted at the least. I know it's competitive but that's still a good score. I will be driving home on my lunch break every day this week to check the mail!!

I'm going to try to answer some questions as best I can.
Financial Aid: you may be able to get financial aid for a summer semester, but you will have to discuss that with the financial aid department. I know I received aid for summer courses when I did my bachelor's degree -- not sure how exactly this works for Suffolk. Also, you should be able to get some aid for part time coursework, meaning either you need a courseload of at least 6 or 9 credits (I forget which - but I also was about to get aid in my bachelor's program for having less than 12 credits). Again, ask the financial aid dept for exact details.
Deposit is $100 due March 15 for RN program. It cannot be paid online. They do not provide that option, as the only option they provide is to mail a check with the completed form.
I've been around the block a few times - I have an associates from Suffolk already, a bachelor's degree and a master's degree. Hopefully I'm giving some helpful info.
