Starting the thread for those anxious applicants trying to get a read on this year's pool of candidates...

So who is willing to post what they've scored?

Here's mine:

A&P 1: A

A&P 2: B+

Eng 1: A

Eng 2: B+

Micro: ___

Psych: A

Stats: C- (blah!)

TEAS: 78

Not particularly found of the revision to the rubric.

So what are you holding???

Oh so you did get the bonus points for scoring 78 which is advanced no?

thats all amazing! Good for you! I have a bachelors too but I don't know if they'll take that into consideration. I am missing micro as well. I guess time will tell. Sorry I did just find where you listed everything in this thread! Thanks again

No, 78 is proficient. I believe advanced is 80+. Good luck!

Just an FYI I spoke to someone else today and got more info. All decisions have not been made yet and all letters have not been sent out yet. Mines still being processed. :(

Does anyone know how many people applied?

How many seats does each campus have?

ugh how annoying!!! I didn't get anything in the mail today. We're in the same boat. They have me thinking I might have a shot at this possibly waitlisted...really trying to not get my hopes up

Hello. I have previously posted my TEAS score on here. I thought I had gotten a 78.8% but I relooked the other day and it turns out I got a 79.3% ... Idk where I got the other number from. But I got an advanced so I'm pretty sure it's like 78+ or 78 with some decimal amount that counts as advanced. Those twenty points help tremendously lol

Yes I believe it's 78 and above that counts as advanced. Those 20 points are huge!! It's a really big jump that I don't have so I'm definitely not very hopeful at this point. Ready to hear the denial and Try super hard for next year but they have me in major limbo.

No clue how many applied but I believe there are about 150 seats between both campuses combined. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I went to the last nursing seminar and they said it was 800 applicants for 70 seats for the ammerman campus

Oh, wow. Then I was way off lol I guess the old version was 80+ for advanced.

They add 2 points to your score if you took the TEAS for the first time.

So, you got 78 (first time), they add 2 points = 80.

That's what I understood based on the info on the website...

is it 2 points to your TEAS score, or two points to your overall rubric score? I'm trying to think back to the seminar, I can't remember though

It is 2 points added to your academic preparedness category on the rubric, not 2 points added to your TEAS score specifically.
