There isnt a magic recipe. Study!! Study !!! Invest in taking prep courses. I recommend Hurst. Others have taken Kaplan or ATI

- is hurst an online course? How much is it? And im really trying to study! I have materials of kaplan, hesi, saunders, and exam cram.

Well I wouldn't overstudy. Remember u have the knowledge u just spent all those semesters in school. I feel the nerves is what messes ppl up.

Hurst is either in classroom or online. U can go on their website to check it out.

I just studied with them and passes first time with 75 q's

I took Kaplan's classroom based course which really helped me understand the questions on the NCLEX. I strongly recommend it if one is offered in your area. It was a bit pricey but it was well worth it - I passed with 76 questions! Good luck!

The Saunders book is excellent, and comes with a CD that has thousands of practice questions. I used this for PN and RN ;)

There's no golden ticket to pass the nclex. All you need to do is be consistent in your study habits and find what works for you.

I think that the ncsbn has a good cheap review for the nclex. It break it down per subject and it helps a lot because it looks just like the nclex test. The only problem is that it doesn't have sata questions but it's good. Then go the library for the free stuff and just do questions and see why they choose that answer and why it has to be that way. Trying to relearn something is very hard to do but to understand why is so important part of the nclex ...Good luck

Good Morning- This is the link for the 35 page study guide yes indeed very helpful.https://allnurses.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=8687&d=1310076980. Good luck to us both

I will try the ncsbn. Im doing the kaplan right now and its almost gonna expire.. I finisbed the pharma online content review and learned a lot. Very good- detailed breakdown of the meds. I got more to go.. So this weekend im gonna be stumped with lots of hours to study. My kaplan expires next tues.
