...I got in.

Got a call this morning, about an hour after I had paid my tuition for some courses at the local university. The call was from another uni I had applied to, but had given up on (I was so late applying, it just didn't seem realistic).

It's in a neighboring province, and I don't know too much about the city, but you never turn down opportunities like that, ever!

Julie, the local uni has a very good policy on refunds. I'm not sure what other schools do but this one allows full refund up to one week after classes begin.
