I finished at 75 questions and passed. I felt like I did OK. I think you have to do pretty poorly to fail at 75 questions, but am not sure. If you didn't feel totally stumped, I bet you passed.

i hope what i felt now is more than what i expect...compared to cgfns i rather felt difficult insted, coz i just finish less than one hr b4 it stop to 75 question...anyway thnx for the post MERRY CHRISTMAS...

Try to find something to pass the time while waiting. You cannot possibly, nor can anyone else, guess whether or not you passed or failed. Good Luck! And check out the link above.

If it stopped at 75, you either passed with flying colors or failed badly. Think positive!!

i took my nclex in august and the test shut off on me at 75. i passed, and so did all four of my other classmates whose test shut off at 75. i'm sure you did fine. =)

Congratulations ! I know what a relief it is to pass. I passed at 75 in August. That being said, we heard thru the grapevine that 2 of our classmates both failed at 75. If the questions seem to be getting impossibly difficult as you continue, and it stops at 75, you are more than likely passed b/c you are getting high level questions. Otherwise, you have failed with flying colors, unfortunately.
