Stony Brook Accelerated Nursing Class of 2015

It's almost september, which means people are starting to get their applications for nursing together real soon. I'm currently in the 1-yr nursing program here at Stony Brook. A previous alum started the 2014 thread for us, so I figured I do the same. Feel free to ask questions or message me with them. Good luck to everyone applying! :)

Your dates are the same as ours. Our class is three semesters as well. You'll have orientation in late June/early July and will end towards the very end of May-June. Classes end towards the end of April but then you have to do capstone for a month. They have been trying to change the community clinic which is in June but I'm pretty sure you guys are still doing it in June. We walk in May but we're not done with clinicals till June (but those are easy)

After mid-April, your stress level is theoretically nonexistent ... capstone and community health clinical are no-brain motions to complete the BSN. Pharmacology is what fries your brain before then, lol.

Has anyone else seen any activity on their solar accounts since last week?

i had my interview on oct 24th.. nothing on my solar has changed nor have i received an email.. i called on friday and they said that we should be finding out by the end of the year.. has anyone with an oct 24th interview found out yet?

I have not and am getting very inpatient!! I am thinking they sent out that first wave of acceptances and none thereafter?
