I got a allheart cardio... What kind are you buying!?
I currently have an MDF 747xp that I bought for CNA class but I am having a hard time hearing faint heartbeats of the elderly. I am starting NS in August so I am just going to get a new one now. I am going to get the Littmann Classic II SE in Raspberry. I am excited! I hope this one will be better than my current MDF !
I have decided to buy a littmann stethoscope, but I'm not sure about which one to get (lightweight, classic,cardiology...). It looks like the cardiology one is the best one, but $130+ is a lot
! I am thinking about getting a classic ($75 - price still stings), but then I feel like I should get the best one available.

The Cardiology III is great if you can afford it. If not, get the Classic. :)
I have the rasberry Littmann too and love it. Works great. I thought I would have an unusual color but of the 19 in my lab class 4 of us had the exact same color. Great minds :) Good luck with school.I currently have an MDF 747xp that I bought for CNA class but I am having a hard time hearing faint heartbeats of the elderly. I bought the ADC convertible cardiology. I like it so far, although sometimes it's a little too sensitive. Like I can hear my arthritic joints creaking and people talking across the room in it. I decided on it due to all the reviews I read from people who bought it as a replacement for a lost Littman cardio III and liked it just as good. It's about $100 cheaper than the Littman, and you can take off the bell and switch it to a ped diaphragm.
